However, managing the competition involves numerous challenges, particularly in recruiting and managing participants efficiently.

The specific business challenge is the lack of an integrated system to streamline the recruitment, qualification, training, and assessment of presenters. Currently, these processes are manual and time-consuming, leading to inefficiencies and potential oversights. The absence of a centralized platform also makes it difficult to track the progress of participants and the funds they raise, which impacts the ability to effectively reward top performers.
