Community Planning, Development & Innovation (CPDI) promotes equitable growth and a resilient, sustainable community through the creation of innovative programs, policies, and planning, and the efficient and responsive application of code and delivery of development services. The department encompasses divisions such as Community Planning, Development Services, Community Development, Historic Preservation, Neighborhoods, and the Climate and Sustainability Team.
