Our customers are administration committees working in buildings and condominiums. They have to oversee expenses like: maintenance, payroll and other general others. ComunidadFeliz gives then a way to manage all the expenses online, this way they can keep informed all tenants, real estate firms and banks. We currently have earning for over .5 million dollars a year focusing on the SaaS part of the business but we will shortly start selling services to our customer as we consolidate the market.

ComunidadFeliz.cl is SaaS model, we charge administrations or communities, subscriptions can be monthly or yearly. The prices vary according to the subscribed features, the monthly payment is between 60 USD and 120 USD; the annual price varies between 600 USD and 1200 USD. The expected value contributed (LTV) of an acquired administrator is USD 15,000 while that of a community is USD 7,000. The cost of acquisition of each one is 400 USD respectively. We also earn a percentage of every dollar that goes through our payment channel, currently we see 5 million dollars a month from which we earn 1,5%. 

Our first invoice was in December 2015, by May 2016 we had 40 buildings and we closed the year with 150. By September - 2017 we have 550 communities paying our monthly or annual subscription, we scale to more than 20 cities in Chile. We opened offices in Mexico and we reached $US 850.000 of ARR, we also have great partnerships with Scotiabank, HDI Insurences, Engie and many others. Finally in 2021 we reach $1,5 MM USD in ARR and in 2022 we're at the 3,5 MM USD mark. ¡We're at 1 m views a month!
